Vue Swiss ("we" and "us") operates https://us.vueswiss.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following shipping terms. These policies are designed to set clear expectations, protect both parties, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Stock availability - some items may be out of stock at the time of purchase. In such instances, customers have the option to receive a notification once the item becomes available again. This ensures that customers are promptly informed when the product is restocked and ready for purchase.

  • Orders within the United States and Canada are shipped using several different carrier services, depending on your location. Carriers include USPS, FedEx, and other trusted partners.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link with updates directly from the carrier.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse located in Illinois.

Address Changes / Updates

  • You may update your delivery address anytime before your order is processed and shipped.

  • To change your address, email us.support@vueswiss.com with the subject line:
    "URGENT – CHANGE OF ADDRESS – ORDER #123456"
    Include your order number and the correct shipping address.

  • An order is considered processed once you receive the shipping confirmation. If the order has already been processed, we must wait for the item to be returned to us by the postal services before reshipping it to you.


 

MISSING ITEM 

If you receive your order and an item is missing, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and arrange for the missing item to be reshipped.

 

CANCELLATIONS 

If you change your mind before receiving your order, cancellations can be processed at any time before the order has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our refund policy for further instructions on how to proceed with returns and refunds.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are set at a flat rate of 3.9€ per order. Some countries may have a slightly different rate if they are located far from our warehouse based in the Netherlands. We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders with a total value exceeding 20€. This means that if your order reaches or exceeds the 20€ threshold, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

 

Delivery time

Europe

All orders are shipped from our Swedish warehouse and are dispatched within 1 business day. Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery within Europe.

 

United Kingdom

All our items are prepared and shipped within 24 hours. Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

NOTE: Delivery time might be 4 or 5 days longer if the address is on offshore islands of the UK. These islands include (but are not limited to):

  • Shetland Island
  • Orkney Island
  • Outer Hebrides
  • Inner Hebrides
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Channel Islands

Shipping line

All our shipments are carried out with Deutsche Post Tracked Letter. Tracking link is sent in the shipping confirmation email.

 

Track your order

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

 

Change of delivery address

For requests to change the delivery address, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is sent. To do so, just send us the new address within 12 hours after payment of the order.

If this 12-hour period is exceeded, we are forced to wait for the item to be returned to us by the postal services before sending it back to you.

If a package is sent to an incorrect address where the customer entered an incorrect shipping address, it can not be refunded if lost.

 


Missing item

If when you receive your order an item is missing, please email us at support@vueswiss.com so that we can reship the missing item.

 

Taxes

All of our items are non-tax-deductible.

 

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
