Shipping Policy
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement, to protect each other and set expectations for our service.
Shipping Costs (USA)
Our standard shipping cost for the USA is $5.90 per order, and we offer free shipping on orders over $45. Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
Delivery Time (USA)
Orders are typically fulfilled within one business day after being placed. Standard tracked shipping takes 2-4 business days after fulfillment, while upgraded tracked shipping ensures delivery within 4 business days after fulfillment.
Express Shipping (USA)
Express shipping is available for $10.90 and takes 1-3 business days after the order has been fulfilled.
Shipping to Canada
For Canada, the shipping cost is 9.50 CAD, and delivery takes 4-6 business days once the order has been fulfilled.
Shipping line
We use Better Trucks or UPS for shipments within the United States, depending on the customer's location.
Track your order
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Change of Delivery Address
For requests to change the delivery address, we can make adjustments at any time before processing the order. To proceed, please send the new address to support@vueswiss.com as soon as possible after payment. Include "URGENT - CHANGE OF ADDRESS - ORDER #123456" in the subject line or body of the email, along with your order number.
An order is considered processed once you receive the shipping confirmation.
If the order has already been processed, we must wait for the item to be returned to us by the postal services before reshipping it to you.
In the event a package is sent to an incorrect address due to a customer-entered shipping error, it cannot be refunded if lost. However, we will resend it again at no additional cost.
Cancellation before Order Processing
If you wish to cancel your order for an immediate refund, it must be done before the order is processed. Please note that we cannot specify exactly when your order will be processed, as our warehouse operates from Monday to Sunday, with a typical processing time of less than one business day. An order is considered processed once you receive the shipping confirmation.
To maximize the chance of canceling your order before it’s processed, please email support@vueswiss.com with the subject line "URGENT CANCELLATION - Order #123456," including your order number in the subject.
Your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. Please be aware that credit card companies may take up to 10 days to finalize the refund.
Cancellation after Order Processing
If your order has already been processed, we are unable to issue a refund until the product has been returned to the address we provide. An order is considered processed once you have received the shipping confirmation.
If you still wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, please email us at support@vueswiss.com, and we will promptly provide you with a return shipping label.
Please note that you will be responsible for the $3.50 return shipping cost. Refunds are only eligible if the product is unopened and in the same condition as when we sent it.
Once you’ve shared the shipment receipt with our support team, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method, excluding both the initial and return shipping costs. Please be aware that credit card companies may take up to 10 days to finalize the refund.
